The iconic Bullet Space Pen pairs its timeless design with the natural character of raw brass. Crafted from brass with an uncoated, unfinished surface, the 400-RAW Raw Brass Bullet Space Pen is designed to change with use. Over time, the brass develops a natural patina shaped by its environment, how you carry it, and how you use it. Fingerprints, scratches, polish marks, and changes in color are all part of the process. No two pens will develop exactly the same finish. Each 400-RAW becomes uniquely yours.
The 400-RAW carries the timeless form of the original Bullet Space Pen, first conceived by Paul Fisher in 1948. When closed, its compact size makes it easy to carry in a pocket, wallet, purse, glove box, organizer, or toolbox. Open it up and it becomes a full-sized, perfectly balanced writing instrument. Inside the raw brass exterior is Fisher's proven pressurized ink technology. The 400-RAW writes upside down, underwater, through grease, and in extreme temperatures from -30°F to +250°F. It can write on almost any surface and lasts up to three times longer than the average ballpoint pen.
The 400-Raw features a raw, unfinished brass casing designed to change with use. Over time, each pen will develop a unique patina influenced by its environment, your body's chemistry, and the way you handle it. Fingerprints, scratches, polish marks, and changes in color are natural characteristics of raw brass. No two pens will develop exactly the same finish, making your 400-RAW uniquely yours. If you prefer its original look, the brass can always be polished to restore its finish.
